<p>A switching circuit, a signal output device and a test apparatus are provided to switch a high voltage by using a switching device with low cost and high speed like a field effect transistor. According to a switching circuit(14,16) opening or shorting between a first port(22) and a second port(24) according to a control signal, a plurality of switching devices(30-1,30-2) are serially connected between the first port and the second port and are opened or shorted according to each control voltage. A plurality of control circuits(32-1,32-2) are provided to the corresponding switching device, and provide a control voltage to the corresponding switching device according to the control signal, and open or short the plurality of switching devices by being synchronized with each other.</p> |
