<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from recombining a secondary battery used for a solar battery watch to a primary battery by mistake. <P>SOLUTION: A wall part 6a, a collar part (a circuit support plate collar part 1a and a battery support frame collar part 3a), and a shielding member 8 (a liquid crystal cell, a solar cell, and a dial) are arranged so as to cover the engagement part between a hook part 2a of a battery pressing plate 2 and a hook engagement part 6b of a liquid crystal cell support frame 5.
