A diversity receiver and an adjusting method thereof are provided. According to the method, the quality of every diversity signal received by various diversity branches are monitored according to pilot error rate of each received diversity signal, and the weightings of the signals provided by the diversity branches in a diversity output signal are adjusted timely. Therefore, the diversity receiver can continually output a good-quality signal.
