A multimedia data messaging system in a mobile apparatus is provided to generate one of synthesized data by synthesizing reproducible data even when a code is not equal to the data reproducible only when the code is equal, to send the generated synthesized data, and to perform selective reproduction of the data depending on whether the code is equal. A transmission mobile terminal selects music data to be transmitted(S110) and decides whether to record a voice(S120). If so, the terminal executes voice recording if a message for recording a user voice is to be transmitted(S130), and synthesizes a recorded voice signal with music data selected by a user when the voice recording is completed(S140). Synthesized audio message data where code setup and recoding processes are completed is transmitted to the other party's terminal based on a mobile communication network(S150).
