<p>PURPOSE:To improve the picking precision by detecting coincidence of code data attached to an item designated for picking corresponding to a containing position on a rack with data corresponding to the position of an item to be taken out included in picking data. CONSTITUTION:By use of a first and a second management chamber 11, 15, formation and transmission of picking data 13, formation of a car operation sheet 16, etc., are performed. A picking designator 25 designates the number of a containing box to be mounted on a picking carrier 23 based on the received picking data 13, and displays the location and the name of an item 27 to be taken out. An operator moves the carrier 23 to the designated location, reads the bar code in a rack sheet, checks if the item coincides with the item designated by the location for the item 27, and picks a designated number of the item.</p> |
