A dehumidifier comprises: a dehumidification rotor (1); a first partition component (10) dividing one rotor surface (2a) of the dehumidification rotor; a second partition component (12) dividing the other rotor surface (2b) of the dehumidification rotor; a first air supply means (14) to supply an unprocessed (A) air to the dehumidification zone; a second air supply means (11) to supply regeneration air (C) to the regeneration zone and supply a purge air (C) to the purge zone; an electric heater (16) to heat the regeneration air supplied to the regeneration zone; a discharge passage (13) of a mixture of air discharged from the regeneration zone and air discharged from the purge zone; a condenser (23) installed in the mixed air discharge passage; and a driving means for rotating the dehumidification rotor, while controlling the dehumidification rotor (1) to rotate once in 150 to 300 seconds.
