<p>A gyroscopic total exerciser is provided to increase the weight of the dynamic resistance to the muscles from user's hand or leg to user's trunk and to increase the amount of muscles. A gyroscopic total exerciser(10) includes a handle, a gyroscopic exercise unit, a mounting frame(26), a spherical housing and a couple of support members. Two handles extend from gyroscopic sphere(12) in the center along a common axis(A). Two batteries are built in the handles. The gyroscopic sphere has a transparent or semi-transparent housing(18). The housing is divided into semi-spherical outer covers(20) to which the handles are attached through arches(22). The gyroscopic sphere has the mounting frame in the shape of a big hook. The frame has a function of maintaining the gyroscopic motion of a center rotor(28).</p> |
