A novel carrier system for administering a plurality of therapeutic agents or a combination therapeutic agents, wherein the carrier comprises (i) a liposome in which is incorporated a first therapeutic agent or component and (ii) a suspension medium in which is incorporated a second therapeutic agent or component. The liposomes are optimized by having a selected transition temperature, preferably body temperature, to facilitate topical administration. |
