The invention obtains a muffler structure for a vehicle which can suppress an emission sound. In a muffler shell (16) for a muffler (10) for a vehicle, there are formed a peripheral joint (16A) in which an upper shell (18) and a lower shell (20) corresponding to a plurality of shell structure portions are joined in respective peripheral joint flanges (18C) and (20C), and an inter-isolation chamber joint (16B) in which the upper shell (18) and the lower shell (20) are joined in inter-isolation chamber joint flanges (18D) and (20D) in such a manner as to partition a space positioned in an inner side of the peripheral joint (16A) into a plurality of isolation chambers (12) and (14) arranged in parallel in a gas flow direction.
