The ball has a spherical shell shaped membrane (3) made of rubber-elastic material, where a filling (7) is enclosed by the membrane. The filling is pre-stressed in a spherical shape and exhibits free-flowing granules (8), where the granules are embedded in a viscous or dry lubricant e.g. oil, sand, of the filling. The ball exhibits a diameter (2) in the range of 70 to 80 millimeter and a weight in the range of 650 to 800 gram. The granule is in spherical shape and exhibits a grain size smaller than 4 millimeter.
