<p>A foam soap dispenser with a stationary dispensing tube is provided to be used suitably for a foam type skin care products and a skin sanitation product. A foam soap dispenser with a stationary dispensing tube includes a stationary dispensing tube(46), a liquid container(12), a compressed type liquid chamber, a dip tube(76), a compressed type air chamber and an air pathway. The compressed type liquid chamber is able to be compressed to a compressed volume and then expand to an expanding volume. The dip tube extends from the compressed type liquid chamber to the liquid inside the liquid container. The compressed type air chamber is inclined to be compressed to a compressed volume and then expand to an expanding volume. The air pathway communicates between the compressed type air chamber and the stationary dispensing tube.</p> |
