A light emitting device and a display device having the same are provided to prevent inner components from being degraded inside the light emitting device by reliably radiating heat from an anode to outside. A light emitting device includes a light emitting panel(10) and plural radiating fans(80). The light emitting panel includes plural light emitting regions for emitting light. The radiating fans are arranged along at least one side of the light emitting panel. The light emitting regions are arranged in a matrix formation. The radiating fans are arranged to correspond to the light emitting regions, which are arranged in a direction parallel to the side of the light emitting panel. Fixing members(60,65) fix the light emitting panel. The radiating fans are implemented on at least one side of the fixing members.
