A cooling/heating system using a thermoelectric device is provided to reduce power consumption by selectively operating a cooling/heating device. A cooling/heating system using a thermoelectric device comprises a first cooling/heating device(30), an air suction device(59), a second cooling/heating device(69), and a third cooling/heating device(79). The first cooling/heating device includes a first cooling/heating unit(31), a circulator(40), and a pipe. The first cooling/heating unit includes the thermoelectric device covered with a medium substance provided through the circulator including a pump or a motor. The medium substance is provided in the form of liquid or gaseous state. The thermoelectric device and the medium substance are input in a container and then a direct voltage is applied to two ends of the thermoelectric device, so that a heat absorption reaction and a heat generation reaction are caused. |
