A two-piece oven guard 3 is stored (fig 3) along the sides of the cooker 1 or oven 2 may be pulled out on runners and fastened together in front of the oven. Front sections of the guard lie folded flat against the cooker sides when not in use, but can be pulled out and opened up for use. The guard may be a heat resistant metal mesh. The fastening may be magnetic, hook and loop or a bolt. |
