<p>Improvements introduced in the object of patent application No. P200402093 relative to the immunisation of aquatic animals against infection caused by viral or bacterial pathogens or parasites, using DNA expression systems (vectors) that comprise a 5' enhancer sequence, a promoter and a nucleic acid sequence which encodes an immunogenic peptide of an aquatic animal pathogen. Optionally, the DNA expression system contains elements of a transposon, which, contrary to the vector used in said patent application, increases both the intensity and the duration of expression.</p> |
