A camping hammock protected by a waterproof tarpaulin (J, Fig. 3) suspended above is disdosed. The hammock comprises anti insect netting B supported by two arched poles A and an insulation pocket (E, Fig. 2) incorporated into the main hammock body material C. The insulation pocket may be filled with insulating material such as an inflatable camping mat to protect against cold weather. The hammock may be attached by ropes G to a supporting structure such as a tree (L, Fig. 3). |
