Hydrodynamic coupling device

The hydrodynamic coupling gear (1) has a hydrodynamic circuit (24) formed by an impeller (17) and a turbine wheel (19) in a clutch housing (5) and has a by-pass coupling (56). The by-pass coupling has a piston (54) connected with a drive side housing wall (7) of the clutch housing deflected to move in axial direction. The drive side housing wall is radially drawn towards inside upto a rotational axis (3) of the clutch housing for forming an axial support for a hub (33). The hub is displaced with an axial bearing formed as axial support area (48) in axial attachment.
