A system for transmitting digital data and a method thereof are provided to perform the image processing of the digital data, convert the digital data into a unit image, display the unit image continuously on a screen, photograph the displayed unit image, perform the pre-processing of the unit image, and restore the unit image into the digital data, thereby transmitting and receiving the digital data without a separate device and having no interference between peripheral devices during data communication. A system for transmitting digital data includes an image display device(100) and a data restoration device(200). The image display device performs the image processing of the digital data to convert the digital data into a unit image(180) and displays the unit image continuously on a screen. The data restoration device photographs the unit image displayed on the image display device, performs the pre-processing of the photographed unit image, and restores the photographed unit image into the digital data. The image display device includes a memory, an encoding unit, a data processing unit, an image converting unit, and a display unit. The memory stores the digital data. The encoding unit compresses and encodes the digital data stored in the memory and adds an error correcting code to the digital data. The data processing unit divides the digital data into unit data of a predetermined size and adds a sync information and error detecting code to each of the unit data. The image converting unit converts the unit data into a unit image of a frame and adds location information to the unit image for geometric transformation correction. The display unit displays the unit image continuously on the screen. |
