A pattern block and a manufacturing method the same are provided to improve tensile strength and fatigue lifespan of a pattern block and allow the pattern block to have low PH and high surface roughness. A method for manufacturing a pattern block comprises the steps of disposing a pattern panel(120) having various through hole patterns on the upper surface of a block panel(110) having a plurality of cured blocks(111) connected with each other, and disposing a mold(130), which has a hole for spraying an iron bead(140), above the block panel and the pattern panel. The iron bead is sprayed using compressed air through the hole, so that the block panel is subject to surface treatment by allowing the iron bead to collide with the surface of the block panel. The pattern panel has tensile strength of 500kg/cm2 to 600kg/cm2, fatigue lifespan of 4000Nf to 4500Nf, and surface roughness of 6.3um to 8.5.
