A handle system has a guiding-tube section (9) and a drive-shaft section (10) supported in the guiding-tube section via a support bearing (26). The guiding-tube section consists of plastic reinforced with carbon fiber. Between the support bearing and the guiding-tube section there is a first clearance near a periphery to amount to up to about 15 percent of the internal diameter (a) of the guiding-tube section. An independent claim is also included for a portable, hand-operated outfit with a casing.
