A portable digital sound device case having a speaker is provided to maintain mobility and portability by installing a speaker at a case. A portable digital sound device case having a speaker includes a device installation unit(20), a sound unit(10), an elastic unit(50), a signal transmission unit(40), a power driving unit(104), and a drive adjusting unit(203). The device installation unit installs a portable digital sound device. The sound unit has a micro speaker on both ends of a housing, and outputs a sound by exposing an aperture according to a rotating operation. The elastic unit is installed between the device installation unit and the sound unit, and has a torsion which is fixed on a coupling plane of the sound unit and of which the other end is fixed on the coupling plane of the device installation unit and the sound unit. The signal transmission unit is a cable for transmitting a sound signal of a device to the sound unit. The power driving unit is a switch for applying a power during a downward movement and for cutting off the power during an upward movement. The drive adjusting unit is a protrusion for moving the power driving unit downwardly. |
