METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A TRIMMER CAPACITOR ROTOR

A method for manufacturing a rotor of a trimmer capacitor is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by completing a driving groove and an outer edge of the rotor after etching a lower surface and a part of the outer edge of a metal plate and then etching an upper surface of the metal plate. A method for manufacturing a rotor(200) of a trimmer capacitor includes the steps of: forming first films on upper and lower surfaces of a metal plate; forming a second film on the upper surface of the metal plate including the first film and etching the lower surface of the metal plate; removing the first film and the second film on the lower surface of the metal plate; forming a third film on the lower surface of the metal plate; etching the upper surface of the metal plate; and removing the first and third films.
