<p>PURPOSE: To accomplish a fast cutting of a bottle under a simple and superior operating reliability by a method wherein a first clamp is closed to make a reference stopper, a second clamp and a third clamp are closed and a blade is passed to cut the neck part of a bottle and then the bottle is separated from a closed end. CONSTITUTION: A first clamp P1 arranged at a height below a neck part 1 of the upper part of a bottle B. A supporting part S for the bottle B is lifted up, the upper part of it is abutted against the first clamp P1 so as to constitute a reference stopper and then a second clamp P2 arranged above the first clamp P1 around the neck part 1 of the bottle B is closed. Then, a third clamp P3 arranged above the second clamp P2 around the neck part 1 of the bottle B is closed concurrently or unconcurrently with the closing of the second clamp P2 . A blade L is operated to pass between the second clamp P2 and the third clamp P3 so as to cut the neck part 1 of the bottle B. The three clamps P1 , P2 and P3 are opened to separate the bottle B from a free closed end part 7.</p> |
