A method for writing data to a NAND flash memory at high speed by using an image file is provided to write the image file quickly to the NAND flash memory embedded in an IT(Information Technology) device by converting the data into the image file, storing the image file to a memory space in a manufacturing tool, and writing the image file to the IT device whenever the IT device is connected to the manufacturing tool. All storage spaces of a storage device are written to a manufacturing tool, which has a PC or PC-like function, and a file system formatting function, when the storage device is connected to the manufacturing tool. The storage device is formatted by using a file system and previously prepared initial data is written to the storage device. The data are read from a first address of an LBA(Local Block Address) of the storage device when the initial data is completely written. Valid data among the read data are included to an image file together with LBA information. The image file is finally made by repeatedly processing a previous step while increasing the address of the LBA until the last address and the final image file is written to the storage device.
