A synthetic resin tube equipped with a water-tight packing coupled to a connection pipe through a one-touch scheme is provided to improve water-tight performance by installing the water-tight packing between the connection port and the synthetic resin tube. A synthetic resin tube(10) is assembled with a connection pipe by installing a water-tight packing(30) between the synthetic resin tube and the connection pipe. A heating wire(34) is provided at an inner portion of the packing provided at a front end of the synthetic resin tube. A groove(36) and a protrusion(37) are formed on an outer surface of the water-tight packing. The water-tight packing is fusion-welded to an outer surface of the synthetic resin tube by supplying power to the heating wire and a heating electrode(35) formed in the protrusion.
