<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position identification apparatus and a position identification program which can identify a moving path and detention time of a customer at low cost and with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The position identification apparatus 13 is provided with: a reception unit 101 for receiving estimation information for estimating that a radio tag 12 is within an estimated range and identification information for identifying that the radio tag 12 is within an identification range smaller than the estimated range; an estimate processing unit 130a for estimating the position of the radio tag 12 within the estimated range based on an access point ID included in the estimation information and signal intensity when the estimation information is received with the radio tag 12; and an identification processing unit 130b which determines whether or not the radio tag 12 is included in the identification range based on identification information received with the reception unit 101 and on condition that the radio tag 12 is included within the identification range, identifies the position of the radio tag 12 based on a position of the radio tag 12 estimated with the estimate processing unit 130a and a tag writer ID included in the identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
