The facility finds application in power engineering especially in the chipping of coal with high moisture content and is sticky. The special construction of the crushing elements provides for efficient chipping of coal without clogging the openings of the sifting grating. The screw type of disposition makes possible the passage of uncrushable objects to the output. The facility consists of a rotor (1), made of disks. Blades (3) and crushing elements (4) in the form of arcs are connected to the rotor (1) by hinges (2). A sifting grating composed of vertically oriented supports (6) with arc strips (7) connected to the supports along a screw line encompasses the rotor (1).
