TOOL FOR BASE-CENTERING OF A PART AND DEBURRING

The tool finds application in machining of pieces with a central opening intersected by grooves. This tool improves quality and increases productivity in machining. The tool includes a cylindrical body with a longitudinal slot where on its front guiding part there is formed a base (2) with a clamp (3) and cylindrical surfaces (4) of the same diameter located in steps with respect to the base (2) alternating with peripheral grooves (5). The machining member (6) of the tool has outer cutting edges (7) and a calibrating part (8) ending with an outer chamfered edge (9). It is also cut longitudinally by side slots (10). An elastic plug (12) is placed in a pass through central opening (11) on the side of the machining member (6).
