A slide-type cover opening/closing device using an elastic lever device for a portable terminal is provided to form the first supporting lever in "H" shape by using a thin metal plate, thereby maintaining high intensity as obtaining a simple and thin structure. One pair of the second supporting levers(30,40) is installed to face each other on both sides of a first supporting lever(20). Plural elastic members(60) are installed between the first supporting lever and the one pair of the second supporting levers. The first supporting lever is formed in roughly "H" shape. The first supporting lever consists of one pair of supporting bars formed at certain intervals, and a connecting unit fixed as connecting central parts of the supporting bars.
