According to an aspect of the invention there is provided a method which allows delegatee of a task initiate the process of modifications to the tasks which resemble the task assigned to the delegatee. Receiving the task data which includes information regarding the task to be performed. The method further includes creating a modification task data which includes rules which identifies the resembling tasks in the work flow system, information regarding proposed modification to the resembling tasks in the work flow system and information which identifies th e delegatee of the modification task data.
