An integrated air curtain injection unit for a flat panel display cleaner is provided to form the structure of the air curtain injection unit in one piece, thereby simplifying the production of the integrated air curtain injection unit to shorten a production time and simplifying the installation of the integrated air curtain injection unit to reduce installation manpower. An integrated air curtain injection unit(A') for a flat panel display cleaner is installed closely to a glass insertion hole to which the glasses of a cleaning box are inserted. The air curtain injection unit is manufactured by silicon, rubber, or synthetic resins, and is installed to be connected to the glass insertion hole of the cleaning box. Upper/lower air injection grooves(11,11') are extendedly formed in the upper and lower part of a glass insertion slit(10). An upper air concentration groove(12) is extendedly formed in the upper part of the upper air injection groove. A lower air concentration groove(12') is extendedly formed in the lower part of the lower air injection groove. An upper air insertion limit protrusion(13) is extendedly formed in the upper part of the upper air concentration groove. A lower air insertion limit protrusion(13') is extendedly formed in the lower part of the lower air concentration groove. An upper air insertion groove(14) and an air insertion hole(15) are formed in the upper part of the upper air insertion limit protrusion. A lower air insertion groove(14') and an air insertion hole(15') are formed in the lower part of the lower air insertion limit protrusion. A contact protruded surface(16) is formed in upper/lower parts and edge of the upper/lower air insertion groove. A fixing groove(18) is formed on the contact protruded surface. |
