<p>The invention relates to a wet dedusting plant meant to remove fine solid particles from a residue gas flow. According to the invention, the dedusting plant has a parallelepipedal metal separator (1), on the intake side wall (A) thereof there being mounted a collector (2) for the suction of gases with dust through a centrifugal fan (3), a depressurization chamber (4), a suction orifice (a), some mobile walls (5) opening outwardly, actuated by a lifting device (6) by means of an electric motor (7), while on the vertical wall (25) there is a pass (b) to a second wet chamber (26) divided into several longitudinal compartments (8) by some walls provided with passes (b), said compartments (8) having at their bottom part some inclined mobile covers (10), on the ceiling, the steam conduit (20) being branched by some annular circuits in vertical planes, whereon there are mounted nozzles (21) inwardly sprinkling saturated steam in counterflow with the gases coming through an orifice (c) and another conduit (22) from a outlet side wall (B), the separator (1) being provided at its bottom part with a conveyor belt (17) running through the two chambers and collecting mud and water to discharge them towards the outlet side wall (B).</p> |
