Connecting device comprises a chuck (4) having an annular base section (22) from which all carrying arms protrude in the same axial direction. Gripping teeth (24, 25) are axially positioned at a distance from the base section and actuating sections (24a, 25a) are assigned to each gripping tooth on the chuck. An impinging sleeve acts on the actuating sections during axially displacement. Preferred Features: Each gripping tooth is hung on the assigned carrying arm via a hanging section (33). The actuating sections are formed by the hanging sections. The actuating sections protrude radially over the supporting arms. |
