An optical fiber mood lamp for a vehicle is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce a maintenance cost by using only one light source. A supporting plate(10) has a rectangular shape and is installed in an inside of a vehicle. A first holder(20) includes a first groove part(22) and is installed at one side of the supporting plate. A second holder(30) includes a second groove part(32) facing the first groove part and is installed at the other side of the supporting plate. An LED lamp is installed at one of the first and second holders. An optical fiber light emitting body(40) is inserted and fixed to each of the first and second groove parts in order to emit the light according to a lighting state of the LED lamp. A reflector(50) is attached to a backside of the optical fiber light emitting body in order to emit the light. A cover(60) is formed to cover the supporting plate in order to transmit the light reflected by the reflector.
