The syringe is used for different medical manipulations. It prevents the transfer of some contagious diseases as it is impossible to be used for a second time. The syringe has a device (3) fitted to the free end of the piston (2). The device (3) consists of fins (4) connected to a central axis (5) found inside the piston (2). The rear ends of the fins (4) are chamfered and do not hamper the piston (2) movement in the cylindrical body (1) when the medicine is sucked in. The front ends of the fins (4) are pointed and break the cylindrical body (1) of the syringe when the medicine is injected. An application of the syringe is possible where the fins (4) have the form of a whole intact body.
