Invention herewith described is a boiler-cauldron with universal purpose for distillation of ferments from the structure of pressed pulp of practically all types of domestic and forest fruits and wholesome herbs, comprising a cauldron (5) and therein set an electric heating element (8) which is immediately connected to the cooler which is set in the same housing below the cauldron (5) with a spiral pipe (8) wherein condensation of distillates is carried out. Boiler-cauldron, according to this invention, has a cauldron (5) and with lateral outlet (4) for easy and quick filling and discharge from the upper and lateral side, a grid-like plate for separation of liquid from solid part of the pressed pulp of fruits and the electrical heating element (8) for balanced heating of the liquid part of the pressed fruit. Construction of a boiler like this and application of standardized materials and parts for general purpose, is available in the market for general public, it enables a simple and cost-effective production, small weight, significant savings in energy consumption used for heating, and simple use and transportation and due to its universal application its large scale production can be expected.
