A flux, a metal cable with the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to weld dissimilar metals easily and to improve welding force of a junction interface. A manufacturing method of a metal cable includes the steps of: cleaning a metal wire by using HCL or NaOH(S110); forming a flux coating layer on a surface of the metal wire(S120); encompassing the metal wire in a roll forming method by using a metal film(S130); welding the metal film(S140); performing an annealing process to stabilize the interface surface welded through the annealing process(S150); and performing a cooling process by using water(S160).
