Holding element for gutter constructions can be of square, semicircular or circular shape. The square shaped holding element is characterized with the reinforcement in the form of a rib (2) extending from the joints (4) to the small sheet metals (3) and increase the carrying capacity of the holding elements, while the sheet metals (3) are fastened onto the gutter edges thus firmly fixing them.Semicircular holding element is characterized with a semicircular rib (8) and sheet metals (3) one of which has a bended curve of sheet metal (9). Circular holding element is characterized with a holding-down clip (22) which upon being bent under right angle continues from the round into right angle cross section and has a pin (20) for coupling with the internal body of the clamping ring (26) which has a flat surface for coupling (16) wherefrom to the left and to the right go ribs of the carrier (15) ending with from one side detachable connection, made as an extended part with a rectangular outlet (21) and a point (small tongue) (14) of the external body of the clamping ring (10), and from the other side with a screw carrier (17) and the ribs of the screw carrier (18). The rib of the clamping ring (11), at the central part of which there is a slot (12), extends along the middle of the external body of the clamping ring (10).Clamps are produced from metal strips by pressing, forging, bending.
