A door hinge having a folding structure is provided to use for a folding structure of a soundproof door and a fireproof door, to improve the structure of a hinge by diversifying a door and a doorframe, to heighten soundproof and fireproof effects, and to resist a heavy door, and to have a wide coupling area of a door and a doorframe. A door hinge having a folding structure comprises a door bracket coupled to a door and a doorframe by inserting a shaft pin, a cap and a ring bushing, wherein the door bracket comprises an inner door bracket(90) provided with two wing hanging projections(30) having gap grooves on two sides and a bend(70) having the folded center, and an outer door bracket(100) provided with a housing hole(40) to house the inner door bracket, a bend(80) having the folded center, and a rotating groove formed on a rotating groove hanging projection(60).
