<p>A driver's seat for a railway vehicle is provided to prevent diseases possible to be generated during driving by reducing considerable fatigue of muscle caused by long-time driving. A driver's seat(1) for a railway vehicle includes a sliding unit(12), a seat rotation unit(14), a seat part, a backrest, an arm rest controller(13), an arm rest(19), and a rotation prevention unit. The sliding unit is installed on both sides of a base frame and is rotatably hinged to a vertical moving unit. The seat rotation unit is installed on the sliding unit and rotates the seat part. The seat part is installed on the sliding unit. The backrest is fixed on both sides of the seat part. The arm rest controller is installed on the center of the backrest and control height of the arm rests. The arm rests are coupled to both sides of the backrest. The rotation prevention unit is installed on a rear of the base frame and prevents rotation of the base frame.</p> |
