Rotational or oil-filled stove or heater for rooms consists of electric motor (1) whereto are coupled a blower (2) and an upper plate with a central revolving ring (5) and therein is set inside the chamber comprised of an internal unmovable ring (4) and an external unbovable ring (3), and in-between of them set near the bottom the oil (6), the oil due to the rotation of the central revolving ring (5) moved by electromotor (1) raises and fills the chamber and due to friction inside the oil (6) itself, releases heat and gives it to the internal unmovable ring (4) and the external unmovable ring (3) and which is driven upward owing to the blower (2) through openings at the top plate (8). The unheated air is introduced into the housing through the openings at the bottom side (7), takes over the heat from the internal unmovable ring (4) and drives it upward, outside of the housig by means of the blower (2) which is coupled to electromotor (1). Working of rotary oil stove or heater is regulated by means of a thermostat (9) as desired.
