摘要 Instead of a propeller this type of a windmill contains a turbine (1) similar to the circuit of a centrifugal fan, and it rotates on a pivot (2) over axial and radial bearing in a horisontal plane. Direction can be either right or left, depending on the side (half) of the wind action, and it is defined with the position (B3) of the blades on the turbine (1) and a regulator (3) whereon set is a wind blowing guide, a helm (4), and within the assembly make a constructional solution, that the driving half of the turbine is always on the wind blow, and the opposite is covered to the regulator (3) regardless to the direction of the wind blowing, as it turns around the step (2) also by 360°C irrespective to the turbine. Positions (D3), (D4), (D5), and (D6) are openings for air caused by the centrifugal force along the rim of the regulator (3), and (D11) is a sheet metal which directs and prevents air whirling. Intention is that the power as the cheapest and environmentally the most friendly energy, uses for obtaining electrical current. The anticipated are of various capacities from 5 kW/h power up to several thousand MW/h, assuming large dimensions, and additional safety measures for working stability of the windmill. For the areas where the temeprature comes below 0°C, the problem is solved by artificial melting the ice and snow, wher used are special chemical defrosting agents, already known in technology and chemistry, and of confirmed efficiency. In that sense, two stee bottles are mounted with nozzle magneti valves, and other elements for remote switching on teh turbine and are fixed These elements turn together with the turbine.
