FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: stamping hammer incorporates an anvil block with props accommodating a plate with cylinder. The cylinder piston is connected, via piston rod, to the hammer head. One cylinder space communicates with a tank filled with pressurised power carrier. The space communicates, intermittently, via a pressure valve with pressurised liquid source and, via a drain valve, with the draining tank. The said stamping hammer is furnished with three hydraulic control valves with electromagnetic control, two of them are representing on/off valves, and two on/off hydraulic control valves. The hammer design allows a three-stage fast amplification of control signals indicating the direction of the working medium from the source into the cylinder hydraulic space or from the said space into the draining tank. ^ EFFECT: higher rate of the hammer strikes. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg |
