FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns devices for obtaining resin substances, volatile oils, sterilisation, pasteurisation, food boiling in fluid medium. Autoclave boiler includes hermetic autoclave container with boiler mounted in it, the boiler consisting of fluid disperser, heat accumulator and heat radiator. Hermetic autoclave container is divided by a partition into a part with the boiler and a part with fluid and processed product, featuring steam splitter in the lower part. The partition has an orifice for a jet, one end of which is connected to the steam splitter, while the other is put into lower boiler part. ^ EFFECT: possible processing of a given product in a fluid medium without technological process interruption. ^ 1 dwg |
