FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is intended for welding of massive frames of bag filter hoses, consisting of rings and lengthwise rods welded to them. Contact welding device features internal and external contacts. Guiding tubes are intended for lengthwise rods. Revolver-type cartridge with drum for lengthwise rod feed at given pitch can perform sequential angular rotation. Fixation device is intended for fixing rods to be welded and ring pressed together. External and internal contacts form two pairs of upper and lower contacts respectively. External contacts can move uniaxially, while the internal contacts are isolated from the fixation device and positioned uniaxially to the upper contacts. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of items and reduced labour cost of their manufacturing. ^ 3 dwg |
