FIELD: food products; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for automated monitoring of packing machine for sausage production is the subject of the invention. It consists of extrusion machine (F), driving pin (1), breaking unit (2) for stopping casing and clamping machine (V). Device is specific by chamber (6, 6', 6") generating electric video signal, analytical unit (7) for video signal analysing and device (8) controlled by analytical unit for disconnection of extrusion machine (F).
