The invention discloses a kind of bag pulse reverse blowing ash removal device, which includes box, ash removal bag, septum, gas-collecting box, the first and the second pulse reverse blowing ash removal system, wherein the length of the ash removal bag is 8m to 12m, and in the first pulse reverse blowing system, the port of the first reverse blowing branch tube is set at the entrance of the ash removal bag, and in the second pulse reverse system, the port of the second reverse blowing branch tube extends inside the ash removal bag. By treating the ash removal bag with twice pulse reverse blowing ash removing, the invention can effectively improve the efficiency of ash removing, increase the available filtration area of the ash removal bag, improve the ash removing efficiency of per box, and reduce the amount of box needed by the whole ash removing system. |
