FIELD: building. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing coarse aggregate for concrete includes drawing of grains of filler on a surface, at least, two layers of a water-cement paste with the subsequent solidification. The fibres with length of 3-25 mm, in number of 1-20% from water-cement paste volume are developed in a water-cement paste containing 65 mass % of portland-cement and 35 mass % of water. The obtained water-cement paste is applied on a coarse aggregate of fraction of 20-40 mm with consumption of 0.2-0.25 kg per 1 kg of filler, each subsequent layer being applied after solidification of the previous one. ^ EFFECT: increase in adhesive strength of a filler with a cement stone of concrete. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex |
