FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of production of dietary supplement from plant raw material implies aerobic submerged cultivation of Bacillus subtilis 8130 cellulolytic bacillus to obtain vegetative cell titer of at least 109 CFU/ml, absence of spores in bacilli cells being controlled. Resulting liquid culture is mixed with plant raw material in wt %, which provides for 40-70 wt % humidity. Then, sodium bicarbonate is added to obtain pH 7.0-7.5 and solid-state fermentation is carried out for 2-4 days until final product containing total amount of bacilli cells of at least 109 cells/g is obtained.
