FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: mixture contains, mass %: inflated pearlite and/or vermiculite 30-50, carbon containing ingredient 10-30, and organic oxidising and pyrolising during application ingredient 20-60; at that total contents of carbon in mixture are 15-29 mass %. As a result of thermal effect of physic heat of melt onto the organic ingredient part of carbon transforms into a volatile matter. As volatile matters are oxidised with air oxygen directly over the melt, this prevents the melt from oxidation. Created gases inhibit processes of mixture smelting. ^ EFFECT: more effective heat insulating property of mixture during the whole period of casting; reduction of specific consumption of mixture and excluding of metal carbonising over required allowance. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 8 ex |
